Leverage The Community!

The community here can be taken advantage of in multiple ways…   

It could be the fact you get to spend time with and train with some other amazing humans and this makes the hard work fun?

Or on the other hand it could be used as an accountability tool for better performance, adherence to showing up each day or the standard you hold yourself to with movement!  

Let’s be honest our own motivation is great most of the time but there will definitely be times where we make excuses and let ourselves off the hook.  

This is where community peer pressure comes in handy. If I want what’s best for me and to reach my goals and as a side effect this means you will benefit from it too, it’s a win - win!

How does this work you ask?

Send a message to a friend you train with and challenge them to see who can make it to the most classes this month, or if you want something performance related see who can improve their 2k row time by the most in 12 weeks?

These don’t have to be the things you use but you get my point.  

We’re all after a good result and you’d be surprised if you think about it the ways in which you can leverage the community to help you get there!
