How Often Do You Use Your Rearview Mirror?

To truly understand and learn from something you need to look backwards not forwards…

An example of this would be when leaving them gym do you shut out all things that happened in the class only to open them back up again next time you’re in the gym?

Or do you leave pondering the takeaways from the day?

Questions like was the weight right for the workout, did you scale to the right movement or did you mentally or physically get beaten in that workout?

These things all matter if your goal is improvement…

Next time you leave the gym I urge you to go replay the class in your mind, from start to finish and see things over again.

Only by looking back will you know how to move forward!
