Saying No...
These days people judge themselves based on the criteria of money, fame or social status…
I on the other hand have been using a criteria which is far less common.
Having the opportunity to say “no”. Not just for the sake of it because we can all do that. But turning down things to protect my own time and to save it for working on the things I actually want to work on!
It’s a powerful feeling to arrive at a place where you can say “no”. At first it’s hard because you either don’t have the guts or you just needed the income badly enough to not turn anything down.
I would highly encourage you to get to a place where you can say “no” more often and see how it feels…
