We aren’t interested in short term results we’re here to play the long game…
Everything from our onboarding process, the way we write our program and the way we talk to our clients about development has this in mind.
Our approach is brought about because there are too many gyms out there pushing the short term mindset and people getting spat out the other end in either exactly the same shape or worse than when they started.
It’s easy to get lured in with the promise of short fast and quick results. But in my experience the faster something is built the more quickly it will fall apart.
For me personally I am looking to be fit and healthy well into my 60’s and beyond. This isn’t something you can start thinking about when you’re a couple of years out.
Imagine if you thought about your superannuation in this way. Starting to save when you hit 56 years old. You wouldn’t have anything to fall back on… You’d definitely not have a very comfortable retirement.
It doesn’t happen overnight or in a few months. It takes years of hard work (in the gym) and saving (money). This is the long term approach.
