Quality Always Trumps Quantity

A conversation I have been having quite frequently lately is that of our onboarding process and why we go about it in the way we do…  

We follow a system which few other gyms enroll new clients in because it is time consuming and slow and limits the amount of clients you can ram through the door at a time.

Our philosophy is whether you’re just starting out on your fitness journey or have been training your whole life there is always something you can learn or be doing better. So with this in mind everyone starts out with some sort of one on one coaching with us.

Not only does this allow us to teach the new starters good movement habits from the start but for those who have been training for a while it’s a chance to address any weaknesses or teach some new skills they may not know…

It also allows us to form a relationship with each and every client, find their limitations and what makes them tick in order to coach them better in a group environment. This allows us to do the best job possible and to us that is important.
