How To Get The Most Out Of Every Workout!
One of the first things we do each day during each class is set the intention and give context for the workout. This is important as it is showing you the path to follow each day…
You see each and every session we do has purpose. If you understand this purpose and have a good understanding of your abilities you can work at the edge of your capacity. This will allow you to extract more from each and every workout.

The reason I see this fall down is when the guy or girl next to you is putting a little more weight on the bar. In this situation the inexperienced athlete will make changes to what they’re doing based on the other person. They let ego, pride or the feeling of “if he can do it I can too” get in the way of the best workout for them.
In the same situation the experienced athlete has a crystal clear understanding of their abilities. They don’t let the choices of others affect their decision making.
So when it comes to picking weights or movements in class each day pay close attention to the context the coach gives because it is this information which will allow you to make the most progress not what the person next to you is lifting…
