Today I have a question for you…

What would make achieving your training goals difficult? 

Motivation, work, social events or kids activities? We all have things which come up from time to time. So what is it for you that has the potential to derail your progress? 

Regardless of your specific challenges it’s worth knowing what they are before they rear their ugly heads. Chances are they will come up at some point and the better prepared you are for these times the more chance you have of overcoming them and staying on track towards your goals…  

So this means that rather than avoid the things which could derail you ask yourself instead what you would do when these things come up. 

What's the plan for when social events are on? What's the plan for work getting busy?

Answer these questions and you will surely stack on track when the going gets tough!
