Before I get started let me disclose I am no nutrition guru… and it is my belief there is no one size fits all approach.

I believe nutrition is something you must tinker with your whole life and keep trying to improve as you go. Learning what works, what doesn’t and then building the discipline to stick with it!  

You don’t have to look far on the internet these days to find perfect diets and meal plans to get you shredded for summer or lose 10kgs in 10 weeks, but what happens when summer comes and the 10 weeks ends?

Do you drop off the wagon?

These challenges, plans and packages are great for getting short term results but all lack in my opinion the most important part of the whole nutrition puzzle.

The tools, knowledge and education to make it sustainable!   

Once you learn something you can't just unlearn it.

It sticks with you. (Hopefully for forever)

Just like the old quote states...
