As a coach in the fitness space every day I speak with people who are after help with their training…

They don’t get in touch with me because they are killing it and just want to hang out and pay me money.

They need advice, support and accountability around their health and fitness.

The most common reason I hear used by those not currently following some sort of training program is time…

In my opinion this is not true!

I understand our lifestyles are pretty fast paced compared to times gone by but we all still get the same 24 hours in a day…

It’s what we chose to fill them with that is important.

Life doesn’t just happen to you. Time is yours to do with it what you want.  

It is easier to do almost anything these days…  

Hell if you want to save yourself an hour go online and do your shopping and get it delivered.

No waiting in line, driving to the shops and trying to find a park. You have just gained an hour of your life back. Now it's up to you to use it wisely…     

If physical health is one of your highest priorities like it is to my more than 150 clients, you will find ways to carve out time to train…

Chances are you just haven’t found a program which motivates you, is fun and you actually enjoy showing up to.

If this was the case you would have all the time in the world.
