Whats The First Thing To Give?
When the going gets tough what is the first thing you give up?
Is it preparing your weekly food? Training? Social events?
I get it, when life throws you a curveball something has to give, right?
So why is it more often than not the first thing to get the flick is the most important to you.
Not to mention good for you…
Your time is valuable and limited. You can only fit so much into a day.
So if the first thing you give up when shit hits the fan is something which brings up your health, fitness and enjoyment then you are losing the day!
Make the main thing the main thing and if you get time for the rest even better!
