How to Get Started with Group Training in Balmain

Step 1: Book Your Free Trial

Step 2: Choose Your Path

  • New to CrossFit? Join our Beginner On-Ramp Program and we’ll guide you through the fundamentals of movement, mindset, and mechanics — at your own pace.

  • Already training? Jump straight into our Group Classes and experience structured, coach-led sessions that challenge you and build real results.

Step 3: Set Your Goals
Once you're in, we’ll sit down with you to chat about what matters:
Whether you want to build strength, lose fat, improve performance, or just feel better day to day, we’ll help tailor your experience.

Step 4: Lock in Your Membership
Stay casual or commit — we’ve got flexible membership options to suit your lifestyle. Train as much or as little as you like. Unlimited access or 3x per week — your call.

Step 5: Track Progress & Get Support
We’ll check in with you regularly and guide you through training blocks and goals. You’ll always have a coach by your side and a team behind you.
