What If You Pretended... Just For A Little While?

What if you acted like an athlete and thought of yourself as one?

What if you pretended that every day you had to train (it was non negotiable) and focus on your recovery because your career depended on it?

What if everyday in the gym you acted more confident?

What if you were more optimistic about your abilities?  Even the times you’re a little unsure...

Sure it would take more time and effort to do these things day in and day out!

But what if you did it for a couple of days? Just to see what it’s like...

My bet is that by acting this way all the outcomes you have been hoping for in your training will come true!

Act like an athlete and do what an athlete does, if you want to perform like one!
