Analysis
It’s a common complaint I see from gym goers and society in general…
This complaint is that the program they’re following is not currently getting them results!
Sure I empathise with those who stick out a 12 week training plan or cycle and don’t get the results they desire.
This in my experience is rarely the case. Normally what happens is 3 weeks into a 12 week program the going will get tough and the weaker minded will look for things that aren’t lining up.
Perhaps they look in the mirror and don’t recognise any physical change, they step on the scales and it hasn’t budged or they haven’t yet progressed in weights or movements…
While it is nice to notice change along the way it isn’t the best way to analyse a program. Analysis is something you do once you complete the program! Anything along the way is merely speculating whether it is working or not.
It is a 6, 12 or 52 week plan for a reason. You must fully commit if you want to see the results promised. Only once complete can you sit back and analyse how it went…
