When something happens to you how do you respond?

Do you walk around thinking you’ve lost or that you’re down on the scoreboard? How does it affect the rest of your day? Does it continue to gnaw at you well past the actual event…

Sure things can happen to us and they don’t feel nice but if you let it continue to dominate your thoughts and emotions past the moment it happens the score will continue to mount against you. 

In my opinion you ‘re only losing in these situations when you continue to let it dominate your thoughts and emotions…

You are not defined by what happens to you, only how you respond to it…
