A lot can be said for how you spend your morning and how it sets up the rest of your day…
For me if I use my morning as a time to get the most important things done the day feels like a success and it seems to always be more productive...
We all have our own version of what the most important things are. For some it might be having breakfast with the family, for some it’s getting in their daily workout/training and for others it’s spending an hour or two working on their side hustle before work…
Now there is no perfect morning routine and there are no right or wrong answers to this question but I want you to ask yourself what are the things that are most important for you to achieve every day and how can you go about adding them to your morning routine?
For me it’s a cold shower followed by a coffee and stretching….
