The Client Cycle...

These aren’t just a bunch of haphazard words thrown together because they go together it is a cycle we see our clients go through…
Firstly they come to us hoping to get some training because we are a gym after all and that’s where people start with us.
The second thing we observe is a strengthening of their mindset. This comes in the form of looking at things from a glass half full perspective and happens daily by completing increasingly harder workouts over time which builds mental toughness!
The next change is habits. Sleep, nutrition and recovery are the main things we see here. It’s easy to establish and keep better habits around sleep, nutrition and lifestyle when you see the results in the gym getting even better, it builds good momentum.
Results are what people start to notice. It’s not just our clients that see them, ot’s their friends , family and workmates that start asking the question of “What have you been doing for your training lately?”
Lastly the reason people stay is for our Tribe. It’s a phenomenon seen in the military and group exercise where those who share the same difficulties or go through the same experiences as you will always create the best bonds. I can’t tell you the amount of business relationships, romantic relationships and great friendships that have been formed within our four walls. This is my favourite part of it all!
This cycle flows over and over and once you’re in, it’s like a river that is flowing downstream and taking you along for the ride…
