Too Busy...

I’m pretty sure most people will agree with me when I say our lives are getting busier…

It certainly feels that way to me and if I polled the next 10 people I saw I’m sure most would agree!

I can’t point to the exact reason (maybe you could help) but it certainly feels this way to me!

The fact remains, we all get 24 hours in a day. Which is the exact same time we had yesterday and the same as it was a year ago.

The problem I see with this busier feeling is that the first thing to get dropped from the busy schedule is the exact thing which helps us get better at getting more things done.

You guessed it exercise…  

Often the first things people remove from a busy schedule… Yet it’s the thing which helps the most.

We all know the benefits of exercise like improved sleep, mood and reduced stress levels.

So why do we sacrifice the one thing which we know can definitely improve this?

Schedule your workouts, stick to them and watch everything else improve!
