Hopefully soon after starting to train with us you learn something about yourself. You start to understand your strengths and weaknesses.

You learn what whether your limiting factors are strength based, flexibility or perhaps your mental toughness.

Let’s say flexibility is your weakest link... What are you doing to make it better?

There is only so much we can do in a 60 minute class a couple of times a week to help you out. The onus is on you to do some “extras” outside of class if you want faster progress.

So next time you see someone doing extras after class it’s because they are trying to chip away at their weakness.

If you don’t know where to start ask a coach for help...

You can always do with some extras to erase your weaknesses!
