When Will I See Results?

You will often find the results you want never come in the timeframe you set yourself.

You are not the first person this has happened to and you certainly won’t be the last.

As a coach I see this play out in our clients. They come to us having not reached their health and fitness goals training by themselves, at another gym or by following a special program.  

It is easy to pass the blame to the program, the environment or perhaps the coaches for failing to educate the client on the process for development. The blame can also be on you for not doing your due diligence on the gym, the coaches or having the commitment required for your results to happen.  

Our expectation is that our clients view their fitness through a different lens. One in which requires your training to be sustainable and allow your body the time it needs to adapt and develop.

Only then will your hard work and consistency start delivering you results!
