Failure Isn't Always From Lack Of Trying...

When I see failure in the gym rarely does it come from a lack of trying!

Everyone is trying their hardest. They are after all trying to do something they have never done before.  

I’m sure the muscle up you’re trying to do is getting your best effort every time you don’t need any help in that department.   

Most of the time it’s a lack of skill.

All the grunts, groans and heavy metal playlists you prepared earlier aren’t going help you learn these skills.

Learning a new skill requires attention to detail.

So stop. Take it slow. And pay attention to the details.
