A Rising Tide Floats All Boats

To me this looks like a world where everyone is actively trying to be better and because of this everyone around them also strives for the same. 

Constantly questioning their way of thinking and seeking information which will challenge their current way of thinking. 

This leads to better music, better food and better service everywhere you go!

Imagine living in a world like this... 

Some might argue we do live in this world but my observations tell me a different story... 

I’m always trying to be better and I hope you are too!  

Better in 2 years, 5 years and 10 years from now!

I want to continue to learn and grow until the day I die! I want this for my clients and I want this for you too!

To make this happen we’ve got to challenge each other, teach each other new and better ways of thinking and always challenge our current way of thinking…

Imagine if every interaction we had with others had this assumption in mind?

It would make our leaders, teachers, students, police, military, doctors and nurses better!

The opposite also rings true…

If you’d rather be right all the time, life is going to be full of opposition and bad news.

You will hate feedback, you will shy away from change, growth or disconfirming information.

You will spend so much time fighting for your point that you won’t be able to learn. This is a great way to stay stuck!
