Check Your Vitals...

We absolutely love numbers around here…

It helps us measure things which gives our fitness program tangible results.

Real accomplishments, real work and real improvements.

Whether it’s your max deadlift, fastest 500m time on the rower or the most burpees you can do in a minute.

All the numbers are important.

While these numbers are important in the gym there are plenty more numbers you should be keeping in check:

  1. Body fat percentage

  2. Cholesterol

  3. Blood pressure

  4. Blood sugar levels

If you truly are in this fitness thing for the long haul then just like your performance metrics these numbers are of the utmost importance too.

When was the last time you checked your vitals?
