Time For A Challenge...
I’m going out on a limb here but will say it because I wholeheartedly believe we as a gym value technique and the proper execution of movements like no other gym I have been to.
If you don’t believe me then come and try a class and see for yourself… This I believe is the number one reason newcomers to our gym love our coaching.
Now to the contrary we also believe you need to push yourself. Before you think these two points are opposite hear me out…
It’s our belief a better version of you is somewhere just beyond the capabilities you currently have and the only way to realise this better version is to push past your current capabilities.
Now in no way am I endorsing you forgo all good form and technique to push yourself. Instead I am asking you to challenge yourself. You alone know if you have been using a certain weight, a certain height box or the same scaling option for pullups for some time.
This is where it’s in your best interest to step up and challenge yourself!
Don’t know how… Ask your coach! It’s what we’re here for.
