We generally collect your personal information directly from you, for example when you provide your personal details when you sign up as a member. We may also collect it through another person with your authorisation or from our affiliates, including (in some cases) medical professionals who we have partnerships with so that we can tailor our services to better suit your particular needs.

Where we use cookies, we do so to enhance our customers’ experience on our website and to track user traffic. Cookies can only store personal information which you provide yourself. A small administrative fee may apply where you request a copy of information.

Complaints about privacy
