Our mission at Accelerate Strength is to help people discover a better, stronger and healthier version of themselves.
Fitness to us doesn't mean just sweating it out for an hour just to burn calories or under the guidance of a TV screen.
Fitness is what determines the quality of our lives, it prevents injuries, it makes us more resilient human beings and the more things we're capable of doing the more enjoyment we can get out of life. Accelerate Strength is the place you will be challenged to reach just beyond your comfort zone so the tasks you perform in your daily life become easier.
who’s it for
We currently have clients as young as 14, some up to 75 years old in our seniors classes and everyone in between. Our coaching team is very well versed in tailoring our workouts for people of varying fitness and strength levels so each time you train you can expect to be challenged by something that is appropriate for you movement or weight wise.
Our training program is designed to build general fitness. This means training a variety of time domains and physical skills.
We'll have you lifting weights, training different energy systems and learning to move your body through different positions with gymnastics training.
Fitness isn't just going for a 5km run, doing some yoga/stretching or repeating the same bench and bicep curl workout you have been doing for years...
Your training should challenge you in a different way each and every day. Your training should leave you feeling happier, accomplished and like you made progress.
Lastly fitness is best when done with friends who share similar goals to you. This is why our tribe is the best going around!
