If you don’t have a celebrity or professional athlete endorsing the program it’s as if it isn’t hard enough to follow…
Sure it’s cool to say you follow the same training program as say someone like Usain Bolt or Lebron James but honestly what do you have in common with either of those 2 athletes if anything?
The question people need to ask instead is are there people like me following this program and have they achieved the results I am after?
Chances are the athletes program doesn’t take, your stressful job, the 8 hours or more of sitting you do each day or your late nights up with screaming kids into consideration.
If however you call your local gym they will definitely take these things into account because they cater for people like you. It’s how they keep the doors open by consistently delivering great results for these people.
