A Framework For a Happier, Healthier Life (Recap)

Last night Matt and I hosted an event at our local Lululemon store in Balmain.

We delivered content we normally use on our retreats which is more personal development than fitness coaching.  

The content we delivered was aimed at identifying areas in your life which you’re currently not performing in and coming up with your own action plan to get there…  

We have run this framework many times and also experienced it ourselves as participants and each time we run it I am reminded of the problems that most people face today.

You see all of the issues identified when running these sessions most people have been able to come up with some sort of answer or solution for. Finding the answers isn’t the problem…

More than ever we have access to any piece of information on the planet. Don’t believe me? Whip out your phone and type any question you have into google and within seconds you can find the answers. Hell you can even ask Siri or Alexa and they will say it to you!  

The follow through is where most will fail. The implementation of the plan. It feels nice to sit in a room and talk about how to solve your problems but until the rubber hits the road and you’re actually doing it nothing will change for you.

So my question for you today is what have you recently said you were going to do and if you’re completely honest with yourself you haven’t followed through on yet? If you’re like me it won’t take long to come up with something…

Today’s task for you is to go and do it… Or at least make a significant start on it because talking about it or thinking about it is the absence of action towards it!
