Nobody plans to fall off the training bandwagon. It just happens.

It’s not like you set an appointment in your calendar and say on this date I’m going to stop going to the gym.

It just seems to happen and trust me, I observe it happen a lot…

It sneaks up on you!

The guy or girl you’re used to seeing almost daily at 530am has been MIA for a little while.  

You think I should see where he/she has been one day and the thought passes soon after.  

Then suddenly when it pops in your mind again and another 8 weeks have passed.  

So how can you prevent this phenomenon?

Acknowledge it’s there and hold yourself and your classmates accountable because you wouldn’t wish it upon yourself so don’t let it happen to those around you!
