Your Performance Matters...
We’re a performance gym. Just ask any of our clients and they will tell you… We don’t promise weight loss or a certain look, we prefer to focus on the changes we can affect in people which we DO have control over.
These are things like how high someone can jump, how much weight they can lift and how quickly they can move. We practice these things in the gym everyday. I know that if we can improve these things the aesthetic/weight loss goals will come…
I don’t know how many kg’s of fat were lost or 6 packs were gained in 2018 but I do know we had 731 PR’s achieved in the gym. This is on average 2 per day! I am also certain there were more that weren’t recorded so this is a conservative number.
So if this is all we focus on how do we know our clients are getting healthier and will achieve the looks they are after?
What I know about someone who can run faster, jump higher and lift more weight is this person will probably have a lower body fat percentage, more lean muscle mass and will by default have a more athletic appearance than they previously did.
The better you perform the better you will look. Full stop!
