Validating Your Training...
Our training program is hard. However lots of training programs are hard…
I am always reminded of this by people who follow some sort of training program which isn’t ours and they feel the need to validate how hard their thing is by saying something like:
“It’s actually really hard you know”
While I have no doubt that it is hard you don’t need to defend yourself or justify your training to me.
What I will say on the topic of the difficulty of your program is that just because it is hard doesn’t mean it is the best.
If you’re validating a fitness programs value on how hard it is you’ve missed the point in my opinion.
The most important thing is that it delivers whatever fitness adaptation it promises…
