Want More Fitness? Go Deeper!

Something got you through our front door. Whether it was training for a tough mudder, shredding for a wedding or because you wanted a new challenge.

Whatever the reason I love it and I am grateful this reason got you to us. What I don’t want to see happen is that reason no longer be enough to keep you here.  

What I know to be true about life is that you will always be hit with little bouts of adversity. Often when you least expect it. When times get tough, motivation runs low or things become harder than they were initially. It's times like this the reason you walked through the door is no longer enough.

To be honest you may have started with superficial reasons anyway because you don’t know what you don’t know…

How were you to know that you would love gymnastics or strongman training and how good it would make you feel? How were you to know that training could mean more than just calories in vs calories out? It could actually be fun and have meaning.

So in saying this I have a challenge for you:  

I want you to create a stronger reason for being here. Something more than just a 6 pack, less body fat or a toned butt. Find something deeper. Whether it’s falling in love with mastering newer harder skills or showing up to support your classmates every day.

Find this reason and attach yourself to it because when adversity hits it will get you through!
