Are You Insane?

A while ago I wrote about what people first give up when the going gets tough.

It was my observation that people are too willing to give up the things they need most in life. To me these things are exercise, quality food and sleep.

What I failed to mention is the other side to the story...

This is the people who are struggling to start a fitness practice in the first place.

The message I hear from these people varies but it boils down to the fact they want the benefits of exercise and aren’t willing to give up things they are currently doing…

I get it everyone wants to feel better, be stronger and fitter but this is difficult or should I say impossible if you aren't willing to give things up. The late nights, the drinking and poor food choices are just a few low hanging fruit…  

It is also impossible if you don’t want to give up the time, the money and the effort for better health.

Health isn’t just a part of your life. It is your life!

They say insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results…

So what are you willing to give up for your health?
