I find all too often the journey isn’t quite this easy. You might know this from experience too…
It has more twists, turns and potholes than you initially expect. Every week something new will pop up and try to derail you!
I am proud however and can say with absolute honesty we as a gym get more people down this bumpy road to the promised land than any gym I have ever been to!
So how do we successfully get clients from wanting more fitness to having more fitness?
We address the fact that things will get hard at some point!
The big work trip, the sick kids or the in laws staying over. This is all part of life…
Each time you overcome these things and still make it to training you build resilience.
And just like the training itself the more you are exposed to these situations the stronger and more resilient you will become to external factors hindering your training.
