The Secret To Long Term Success...
It happens all the time in the gym environment…
We have a client look at someone else in the gym and say something like “that would be nice’ in reference to their weight loss, their strength or ability to do some sort of movement.
The sentence which follows is usually a reason they are different coupled with a couple of excuses as to why they themselves can’t achieve this success.
What they forget in that moment is the fact the person they are admiring probably thought the same thing when they first started out…
There were lots of failures along the way, days that felt like they were going nowhere and they felt like giving up!
What sets them apart is the fact they remained consistent through the good times and the bad. So if you’re after a secret to long term success here it is for you “Consistency”.
