Setting Goals... Hold On Wait A Minute

A couple of weeks ago we drew up a goals blackboard at the gym.

It has been filling up with some awesome goals. We are absolute lovers of goals and how the process of setting them helps and motivates people to achieve them.

Especially when written on the blackboard front and centre of our gym for all to see…

So why did I title this post hold on wait a minute? 

All too often these goals are written up on the blackboard and then forgotten.

Life starts to get in the way and we forget why we set out to achieve those goals in the first place. So while I love goals I am more in love with the process of achieving the goal.  

A process will outline everything you need to do in order to achieve the goal you set out to accomplish!

A process is generally simpler. It helps us generate momentum towards our goal. It allows us to see the light at the end of the tunnel grow brighter every day. It allows us to look back and see where we started and how far we have come.

If you have always struggled with reaching your goals in the past it’s time you took a look at your process and put more effort into it because it forms the pathway to your goals…
