Building From a Broad Base

Our approach to training centres around being capable in as many areas as possible and not specialising in one and neglecting others. We call it having a broad foundation.  

We all need to be strong, in better physical shape for now and more importantly the future for different reasons. Some need it to carry out their work and others need it to keep up with their growing kids but we can all agree being more capable is an advantage.

Sure at times we might need a little more speed, power or flexibility for the given task. If building on these from a more broad foundation you will be able to access them more easily…

So for longevity’s sake build a broad base and only then start to worry about the specifics!
