Get Your Groove Back!

As this week wore on there were a few sore bodies getting around the gym. Ok there normally are but this week it was a higher percentage than usual.  

Given it’s the first week back from a few weeks of eating a little more than usual, a few too many drinks and being completely out of routine, this was expected…  

If this was you and you have been delaying your start back for the fear of it being tough let me give you a piece of advice…

Get back in and find your groove!

This is all it will take to get the wheels in motion! I’m not saying it won’t be tough but once it’s done you definitely won’t regret it.
