We Are Still Not A Circuit Class...

Fitness is a lot like politics, religion and music. I observe the full spectrum of emotions show up fitness is the topic of discussion. Much the same as it does with religion and politics…

In my opinion fitness conversations tend to begin with a large dose of ignorance or dogmatic viewpoints.

Take the typical stereotype of Crossfit for example…

“CrossFit is like a type of circuit” “you just go station to station”

This couldn’t be further from the truth! It would be impossible to achieve our end goal of being more capable in all areas of fitness if we were “just” doing circuits. We would be great at circuits but what about everything else?

Those who train with us will understand that in order to continually drive adaptation we need to continually alter the training stimulus. To deliver the same routine or circuit and expect different results would be insane and irresponsible from any gym owner…

The amount by which things can varied comes down to the imagination and creativity of the person writing the program. We believe human movement is endless and is something you can strive to improve for a lifetime and probably only just scratch the surface…

For those who think we are a circuit class my only hope is to one day have the opportunity to educate you further on this topic when you come in and try it for yourself.
