Do You Have Options?
Having options is always a good thing…
I’m not talking about the menu options at your local cafe or what to eat for dinner?
Im talking about the option to perform a physical task or to chose not to.
Let me ask you a question…
What if tomorrow your friends invited you to do a tough mudder, to join them for the city to surf or to play in the work sports team?
Would you have the option to say yes or no?
Does your current physical fitness or training program have you in shape year round to do this?
If your answer wasn’t an immediate yes then you don’t have the option…
It is a powerful feeling to know that if any of these tasks are offered you have options!
