Can You Spare A Minute For Yourself!

You know that time when you finish up the workout a few minutes early. You pack up your gear and then rush out the door to get on with your life…

Those minutes can be important… If you let them!

They are important to different people for different reasons but important nonetheless.

For some it is time to catch up and plan the week of training or social events with friends. For others it’s time to improve flexibility, some movement or skill and build a bit of extra strength...

So before you run out the door a few minutes early enjoy those few minutes working on something for yourself...
