In It For The Long Haul...

Despite what the conventional fitness media will tell you a couple of weightlifting sessions will not get you jacked!

In the same way running a couple of 5k’s won’t turn you into a triathlete…  

My point here is nothing happens in the short term.  

What you may notice initially is the ability to lift heavier weights, you sleep might improve and you feel better about yourself in general.  

But as for physical change you need to be in it for the long haul… Hell I have been trying for the last 8-10 years to get bigger… (Still waiting)  

So my advice is to be ready for some commitment. If you want to see real results you need to be prepared to build up a large body of work!  

Training short term or with an on and off again mentality is not going to cut it…
