It's All Relative...

It would be easy to assume because you are just starting out on your fitness journey it’s harder for you than others…

If this is what you think it would be a big mistake…  

On your journey to a better, stronger and healthier you all you need to focus on is putting forward your best effort each day…  

So if it’s best effort we’re talking about here then it’s not harder for either the beginner or the advanced athlete.

It’s all relative!

Whether you’re just starting out or you’re years into your journey, your best effort is your best effort and this is all you can give!

You might try your best and fall short but this is all part of it…  

It’s hard and uncomfortable but this has nothing to do with how fit you are.
